Why did I decide to become a nutritionist?
As a child, my sister struggled with overweight and high cholesterol, causing my mother difficulties in caring for her. It was a constant battle for her to lose weight. This experience sparked my interest in acquiring knowledge about nutrition, with the goal of not only helping my sister, but also helping many other individuals.
